Stoutly potted of baluster form painted with fishes amid aquatic plants and blooming lotus all between a diaper band on the shoulder with cartouches enclosing phoenix, and a band of galloping horses over crested waves on the foot, Ming Chia-ching mark on the shoulder, the unglazed base burnt orange during firing,17.5"h.
