Bender is depicted on large, thick cardstock measuring. A larger border area is reminiscent of a picture frame with the player identified at the lower edge. The cabinet cards were designed for “preferred” tobacco customers and available as premiums in exchange for coupons from three companies: Turkey Red Cigarettes, Old Mill Cigarettes, or Fez Cigarettes.
