Description
A LARGE GROUP OF ORIENTAL DECORATIVE ARTS, 19TH/20TH CENTURY. Comprising a pair of Chinese ink and watercolor silk panels, probably Qing dynasty, each a composition of various ancient objects and contained in gilt bronze frames, overall 13 square inches; and three Japanese woodblock prints, first half 20th century, in gilt wood frames with linen surrounds; and a very fine Burmese red lacquered horsehair cup decorated with a dense scrolling design; and a pair of contemporary Nepalese bronze busts of Buddha; and a twenty-three piece group of Chinese carved hardwood stands, many with pierced decoration in a variety of shape and sizes, several mostly likely zitan, the largest diameter 8.5 inches (21.5 cm).
