Description
circa 200 B.C. - 200 A.D., barrel-shaped redware body with a spout for its tail.
8 in. high x 11.5 in. long
Appraised on December 3, 1963 by Harold Dahl, Equitable Appraisal Company, New York City and Towaco, New Jersey and again on March 6, 1989 by Dr. Robert Myron of Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York.

Condition
Both right legs have been detached and repaired; black light reveals additional restoration to the dog's muzzle.
