Description
An Egyptian light blue-green glazed faience ushabti, Late Period, c. 664 – 30 BC. Depicted mummiform, wearing tripartite headdress with false beard, arms folded across chest, hands holding a pick and a hoe, vertical plinth down back. H: 4 in (10.2cm). Well-preserved with vibrant color. Ex collection of Lawrence Buchanan and Dr. Enrique von Kiguel, formed throughout the 1970's-80's.
