The deep vessel body having curved wall to the flared rim, with round cavetto, raised on a tall splayed foot base. The exterior vividly decorated with polychrome hand painting depicted boys with ancient coin and a seating sage in a landscape scene. Both wine cups fitted perfectly into deep-blue silk covered hard cushion, all set within original wooden case covered in bright imperial yellow silk linen with interlocking key fret pattern, with a sliding lid.

Mark on turquoise green underglazed base, a six iron-red seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, DaoGuangg Reign Period of Great Qing.
