Chinese porcelain delicately potted in a bulbous deep vessel, rounded shoulder everted the short cylindrical neck with flat opening, the dome lid emerged flat flaring rim, simulated the general helmet, crowned with simply bud finial. A curved spit flanked on the belly, balanced with looped handle on opposite side. The main body decorated with famille rose polychrome painting of deer and red Fu bat in landscape, sets within shaped gilt cartouche. Intespressed by colorfull Fu bat and floral motifs over reddish-brown underglaze ground. Banded with pale-blue underglaze Repeating Ruyi Pattern and scrolling floral ribbon under the rim and neck, with gold over glazed rings.
Marked on both base, six blue script -Kaishu- characters reign mark, enclosed by double fine rings, YongZheng Reign Period of Great Qing.
