This neat piece of banking or casino history is a Staats Countertop Money Changer. It is marked on the side "States Money Changer Chicago," and on the other side, " Patd Feb:25 1890." This is a heavy cast iron piece. It is in good condition with all the springs working. Measures 11.5" x 11.5" x 6.75."
