Description
Iran, ca. 2nd millennium BCE. Very fine and rare pottery long-spouted jar. Terracotta in the form of a deep rounded bowl with rounded handle and the always desirable bird-beak spout. The sides are decorated with incised vertical bands, poke marks and hash-marks along the rim. Size: 9.4" L (23.9 cm)
