A pair of porcelain red eyed vireos, male and female, perched on flowering branches, modeled by Dorothy Doughty (1892-1962) for her American Birds series, and produced by Royal Worcester, with species, artist signature, and factory marks on underside of base. Fitted wooden bases included; taller ht. 7.5 in.

Provenance: Property from the collection of Katherine Raible, Lexington, Kentucky
