An elegant Edwardian - Art Deco diamond engagement ring, in two tone 14Kt gold, circa 1900's - 1920's.
The beautifully crafted bicolor 14 karat rose and white gold setting has been prong set with a solitaire round old European cut diamond measuring, approximately, 0.41 carats. The gem has very good color (E - F) and clarity (VS - SI).
The ring is in excellent antique condition, showing expected signs of wear and has only been lightly cleaned to maintain its patina. It weighs approximately 1.51 grams and is U.K ring size P (U.S ring size 7 3/4). The face of the ring measures 0.31 inches (0.8 cm) by 0.31 inches (0.8 cm). It bears the designers stamp GAIV and tested positive for 14K gold.
