Build a little town around your electric train track with these fun Littletown and Plasticville sets. Included is the Cape Cod House Kit HP-9 in blue and white. It come in the original box and appears to have all the pieces. It does need cleaned up a bit but otherwise in good used condition plus is super simple to put together. Next we have the Plasticville School House 1608 100 in the original box. It is in good used condition in need of a light clean. The box is near mint. We also have the Littletown set 401 House and yard accessories. All the major pieces are in the box but it is missing the people and there some additional pieces not mentioned like a wishing well, duck, and lamp post. Still a fun little set up. It is in good used condition. It does need cleaned up a bit. The box is also in good used condition. Lastly we have a church and steeple with fence. It does not have a box but appears to be in good used condition as well.
