PATINATED BRONZE KEROSENE LAMP, baluster-form font with applied coil decoration, double handles with brass floral decoration. Fitted with a period setup comprising a No. 2 "JOHN WANAMAKER" Duplex burner, colorless and frosted square-form blown-molded shade with scrolls and flattened corners of dots, stylized floral/shell acid-etched decoration. Non-period colorless slip chimney. Maker unverified. First quarter 20th century. 18 1/2" HOA, 8 1/4" H to the top of the collar, 10" WOA.
Base undamaged, shade nearly undamaged with a couple flakes to the fitter, chimney with a couple of minute flakes to the top rim.
