American Quarter Sawn Golden Oak in Renaissance Revival Style, ca. 1900. Consisting of a Full-Size Bed and Washstand, the bed having an ornate headboard and footboard, the headboard with scrollwork crest atop flat egg and dart frieze, scrolled ends, three panel back, shells at top of side panels, flanked by tapered and twisted half round columns, panels have centered cartouche appliques, the footboard has a broad molded edge flat top, matching decoration, 81" x 60" headboard, 31" x 60" footboard, 54" wide, takes 54" x 74" box spring; PLUS Serpentine Front Washstand Cabinet, having a towel rod set on twisted columns with turned finials, shaped molded top, conforming upper drawer over flat front drawer and two paneled cabinet doors concealing shelf, molded base resting on bun feet, 29 1/2" to working surface, 57 1/2" tall overall, 40" x 20". Very good condition.
