Item Details

Description

A very elegant pair of antique French Curtain Tiebacks. The tiebacks are made of gilt brass and feature an Old Paris Porcelain Flower. They have a delicate design and Fleur de Lis style ends. Overall dimensions are 8" long x 3 3/4" deep and the flower is approximately 3 1/4" in diameter including the brass back. The Pair of Tiebacks is in very good overall condition with no chips in the flowers, they do have wear to the gilt on the porcelain. There are some bends in the brass which wouldn't show when they were displayed, this type of metal can be fragile so I would not try to straighten them out. The set would add an elegant touch to any antique decor, both Tiebacks are being offered for one price.
