Description

I think this is an Adams & Westlake brasstop bellbottom frame. The style of the collar on the fount is the best "tell" on this maker. The lid is stamped B&LRR in A&W style lettering. The frame shows real pitting. The brass top has some minor dents. The bell will come off. The ancient fuel stinks. The globe is missing a chunk off the base. A shame with the nice B&LRR casting. One bonus is that the bell has ice spikes. This make it a lock for the Boston & Lowell.
