1. "There", 1990. Seven Aquatint etchings, printed on green silk paper. Copy no. 4 out of an edition of seven copies. Signed by the artist on the colophon.
[2] leaves + [7] etching plates, 30 cm. Very good condition. One plate is stained. Cloth-covered slipcase.
2."Farewell, 1992. Eight soft ground etchings printed on Japanese paper. Copy no. 5 out of an edition of thirteen copies, signed by the artist on the colophon.
[2] + [8] etching plates, 34.5 cm. Very good condition. Cork-covered slipcase.
3. Coming Home, 1993. Eight aquatint and acid etchings. Copy no. 1 out of an edition of nine copies. Signed by the artist on the colophon.

Artist books published by Jacob Samuel, printed in limited editions, are as fastidious in the selection of artists as in the type and quality of the printmaking technique, the choice of paper and typeface, bookbinding and cover design. Jacob Samuel (b. 1951), was born in Los Angeles. Mastered the art of etching in the workshop of the American artist Sam Francis in California and was also involved in design, printing and publishing books in his publishing house.
