The Live Auction is conducted in Westport and all Items are located on-site at the home in Greenwich, CT for Preview and pick-up. All items must be removed from the home by 8/25/17 to accommodate the remodeling timeline. Any items left after that day will be abandoned without refund. If you purchase an item that needs professional removal, you will be responsible for hiring licensed and insured help to do so. An electrician will be onsite for all light fixtures and prices for removal are listed in descriptions. The Absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
