Description

This is a WOOD & HUGHES 1878 "Angelo" Sterling Silver Ladle with a issue Date of 1878. This is from the Aesthetic Movement so the decoration concentrates on nature. Angelo has a beautiful floral display. The ladle has a partially fluted bowl with worn gold wash. The size would make it a good gravy ladle. Engraved on back of handle a very beautiful W '83. It weights 2.48 troy oz or 70.5 grams.
