A celadon jade or hard stone carved brush pot. 20th century. The pale grayish green jade brush pot is finely carved in low relief with an elaborate scene of the eight immortals. The figures are featured in a celestial setting of terraced pavilions, rocky mountains which emerge from vaporous clouds. 8"h x 6 7/8"diam.
