Description
A tennis racket frame mysteriously becomes strung when placed in a bag. Made c.1950 and performed by British magician, William Stickland (1902-1984), with his wife, Poppy in their “Sporting Act” billed under the nom-de-plume of “Marius and Mariette.” Bill McIlhany acquired this prop at the 2003 Magic Circle Heritage Day auction and it was the talk of the sale. Unique. Condition: Very Good.
