This is a personally signed and preprinted Casey Stengel postcard, with the envelope it was mailed in, postmarked 1965. Casey Stengel’s baseball career spanned a number of teams and cities. Between playing and managing, he is the only person to have worn the uniforms of all four of New York's major league clubs. He was the first (of four men) to manage both the New York Yankees and New York Mets. He also managed the Braves and the Dodgers. Stengel ended his baseball career as the beloved manager for the New York Mets. cnx 884
