ORIGINAL Vampyr Film Poster 1920 Expressionist

Description
Ortner, Theo
Der Vampyr (D)
Lithograph 1920 1920
29.1 x 37.4 in. (74 x 95 cm)
Condition: (B+/A-) wf vertic., small tears and minimal staining at the edges, PS at the top
Printer: Karl Höhn, Ulm
The film was a German vampire movie from 1920. It was directed by A. Stranz, written by Franz Seitz (senior). It was produced by the Fred Stranz Film GmbH in Munich, Germany. Also involved in the production was the Emelka-Atelier (Studio) in Munich. The film had 6 acts and was 124 minutes long. It was, of course, a silent film, but is not to be mistaken with the Nosferatu film by Murnau from 1922. The film itself is supposedly a Count Dracula story but we have not been able to find any more specifics.
