Description
A group of four Senninbari that belonged to soldiers with details of their military involvement. ++ Senninbari belt that belonged to Yamamoto Taetsu. Having three Omamori sewn in the tiger Senninbari. 5 1/2" x 69 1/4". ++ Green Senninbari belt with red stitches that belonged to Sakata Mototoshi. Having three beans sewn in a pocket inside. Appx. 6" x 35 1/2". ++ Senninbari that belonged to Hamabe Seiichiro. With tiger and Kanji "Bu Un Cho Kyo" painted in the center. 14 1/2" x 50". ++ Senninbari with stitched kanji. Soldiers' name Oonuma Tsunezo, prepared by Saito Yoko. 6 1/2" x 36".From the Japanese Militaria and Art Collection of John Woodall.
