**First Time At Auction**
New World, Mexico, ca. 20th century CE. A collection of four vintage silver jewelry items: a brooch, a necklace, a ring holder, and an earring holder. The brooch is circular with a repeating geometric motif in a characteristic Aztec style, a pin for fastening, and sports a reflective black stone in the center. The necklace has eight silver medallions, each with pressed Aztec figurative designs, fastened together with several small silver loops, and hung from a thin silver chain-link necklace strand. The ring holder is a shallow silver dish with four upraised sides and a raised deity in the center holding a serpent in each outstretched hand. The earring holder is a shallow lidded vessel with a cloud-shaped design, a thin applied design to the top of the lid, and a small turquoise stone fashioned in the center. Size of necklace: 11.5" L x 8" W (29.2 cm x 20.3 cm).
