Description
The Broken Lance. October 13, 1959 (black, light blue-gray). Facsimile color linoleum cut, Abrams edition, 1962, after the original by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973), created under the direction of the artist using the original linocut prints produced by Galerie Louise Leiris, Paris. Fine impression, wide margins. Signed lower right, possibly as a complimentary signature (Picasso is believed to have signed some of these prints as favors to friends). Sheet Size: 12 1/2 x 14 1/4 inches. Very good condition. Unframed for inspection and shipping.
