Lot of 4 Duck Calls: 1) 5 1/4" Sure Shot duck call w/triple plastic reed, cedar barrel/stopper. Call shows some light in-use scuff/handling marks, retains excellent tone and is very loud. There is no label present. Overall condition is at least VG+ with most all original finish remaining. 2)5 1/2" Sure Shot duck call with cedar barrel/stopper, typical Sure Shot triple reed system. This call is significantly larger than the identical style call #1 of this same lot. Note this barrel is larger diameter, call is 1/4" longer than #1, the blowing end also shows much wider beveled rim. Though they should be the same model call, probably from a different era. At any rate, this call shows moderate finish flake and scattered in-use scuff with some minor dings at one end. The blowing end shows almost devoid of original finish. Overall call grades good++ to VG-. 3) Lohman 4 3/4" walnut barrel/stopper duck call with single plastic reed and plastic tone board. This call shows no in-use wear at all, appears new in every respect. Tone is loud and very realistic, a super nice call. 4) G&H Decoy Co., Henrietta, Okla. 5 1/8" duck call with what appears to be cedar barrel/stopper with single plastic reed. Wood tone board is well marked with Co. name/address. Overall condition is at least excellent with stopper finish appearing slightly dull. $50-100. (YO-10654)
