Description
Louis Icart (Worked in America and France, 1888-1950) colored drypoint etching entitled "Laziness" showing a beautiful woman in a diaphanous gown reclining on a bear skin rug. Pencil signed by Icart, lower right and with the notation upper left "Copyright 1925 by Les Graveurs Modernes 94 Rue de Rivoli = Paris." Sight size is 16 by 19 3/4 inches and with new finished corner, gold leaf frame and mat, overall size is 27 by 31 inches. Good overall condition with a slight bit on toning. Crisp with good color.
