3rd millennium BC. A syenite cylinder seal engraved with a standing deity with beard and cap, holding a sceptre and flail, wearing long robes and standing on a reclining naked male; behind, a goddess in long robes holding an ibex; to the front a group of three male worshippers in long robes, hands raised in prayer. 13 grams, 25mm (1"). From a North London collection; acquired before 1992.
