A group of documents relating to the career of Judy Garland including a call sheet from The Lonely Stage (later retitled I could Go On Singing (United Artists, 1963)) dated July 3, 1962; a licensing agreement between Garland and Whitman Publishing dated November 1, 1940, signed by both Garland and her mother, Ethel Garland; script pages for the "Born in a Trunk" song scene in A Star is Born (Warner Bros., 1954); a letter dated March 15, 1965, addressed to "Mark" (presumed to be Garland's then-husband Mark Herron) possibly from a fan club member regarding photographs and a potential Judy Garland biopic; a letter to Garland asking her to perform at a fundraising performance in support of the Sentinels of Liberty, an anti-Castro organization; three file copy pages regarding termination of a contract, all dated April 15, 1948; a 1939 contract signed by Ethel Garland on behalf of her daughter with Whitman Publishing; Company ; and a copy of a licensing contract dated May 16, 1944, between Garland and Western Printing and Lithographing Company accompanied by an unexecuted copy of a 1946 contract with Western Printing and Lithographing.
