The agreement states that neither party shall acquire any right to the real or personal estate of the other. Clause 11 in the agreement requires McQueen to transfer a $100,000 term policy on his life to MacGraw within 30 days after their marriage. Together with a cover letter signed by McQueen's counsel Kenneth Ziffren and a State of California notarized page. The agreement is contained within a folder labeled "Ante-Nuptial Agreement 7/10/73." MacGraw was McQueen's second wife, and the marriage lasted five years.
