Japanese Samurai Sword from the year 1670. Made by the Japanese smith Fujiwara Sadatsugu Owari Domain. Fujiwara Sadatsugu was the highest swordsman in that time, Owari Damain means Brother of the "Toqugawa Shougun" Owari Domain means "Nagoya" The daimyo of Owari was the Tokugawa-Owari family, the first in rank among the gosanke. The domain was also known as Nagoya Domain.The sword is provided with the NBTHK papers. Length of Koshirea is 105 cm. total sheet is 84.9 cm. Cutting section from the habaki is 65 cm. Lead weight is 668 grams. A very beautiful Japanese samurai sword of 347 years old. With a very beautiful and original koshirea. Completely complete with the famous NBTHK papers. This Japanese sword will really be an asset in your collection.
