Beatles Yesterday and Today  Sealed Original Stereo LP (Capitol ST 2553, 1966). Between January, 1965 and September, 1966, the Beatles released an astonishing six new US albums. All six spent time at the top of Billboard's album charts, with Yesterday and Today claiming #1 for five weeks. It was essentially a collection of singles for US consumption only, but what a collection of singles! Included were such classics as "Yesterday," "We Can Work It Out," "Nowhere Man," "Drive My Car," and "Day Tripper." LA pressing plant #5 on lower back right corner. Shrink is cut 2" in the left middle which was done by a blade when the box was originally open by a record store employee, with a minor cut to the cover.
