National Convention Decree 1273 (1188) of July 27, 1793, the 2nd year of the French Republic,
  • Which orders the full execution of the Dectret of May 9th, relating to neutral ships charged with revenues or merchandise belonging to enemy powers, and abrogates any contrary provisions.
  • During the French Revolution, the National Convention governed France as the Constituent Assembly from 9/21/1792 to 10/26/1795.
