National Convention Decree 1273 (1188) of July 27, 1793, the 2nd year of the French Republic,
Which orders the full execution of the Dectret of May 9th, relating to neutral ships charged with revenues or merchandise belonging to enemy powers, and abrogates any contrary provisions.
During the French Revolution, the National Convention governed France as the Constituent Assembly from 9/21/1792 to 10/26/1795.
