Pre-Columbian, Colombia, Tairona, ca. 800 to 1200 CE. An attractive pair of hoop earrings, the gold filled wires strung with vibrant coral hued spondylus shell, iridescent abalone shell, and verdant green stone beads arranged in a balanced, symmetrical design that plays with the various shapes, sizes, and contrasting green, red, and vermilion hues of the beads. Simply stunning! Size: 3.5" L x 1.5" W (8.9 cm x 3.8 cm)
