Pair of Roman Gold Earrings, c. 1st Century B.C./A.D.
Each hemispherical in form, with slight vertical carination and a sheet backing, a sphere above, three granules at the join and one at the top, an S-shaped ear-wire behind the disk, the hemispheres with four loops at the bottom each supporting a chain with wire terminal.
