Description

Fine Quality Antique Japanese mixed metals cabinet. 19th Century or earlier. Crafted of brass with copper handles and silver wire inlay. This miniature cabinet features hinged doors that open to reveal shelves as well as two drawers. Below the double doors are three additional drawers. The cabinet is set upon a footed brass stand. Covering the entirety of the piece is expertly inlaid silver wire. Inlay in figural and geometric patterns. The handles are in the form of butterflies. Japanese character mark located on the panel behind the widest drawer. Good overall condition with areas of loss to silver inlay. Measures H 9.5" x W 8" x D 4.5". In house continental USA shipping $85 plus insurance.
