A hoard of international medals and exonumia commemorating nearing forty years of NASA's various space programs. Includes items struck in: bronze, silver-plate, nickel-silver, pewter, aluminum, and others. A short list of missions include: Telstar, Saturn "501" and "18," Gemini, Mariner, Apollo (VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, and XVII), Apollo-Soyuz, Viking, Skylab (I, II, and III), and others. Accompanied by 37 sets of "Man in Space" and three sets of "America in Space." In total, over 600 medals not including several dozen allied industry tokens and exonumia.
