Having good form with salt glaze and handsomely decorated body which boast inscribed flower decoration outlined with iron or manganese and having cobalt decoration at both top and bottom. The vase has an early note at the bottom which reads, " Vase brought from New Home by My Grandmother Almira Bryant St Vone by her parents when they ____ to Ohio in 1833 over 150 years old." Small nick to the backside of the rim which has been glued and is only approximately 1/2". Otherwise good condition no repairs. H5 1/2"
