The bronze forged in to baluster shape body, with waisted neck to flared and banded rim, the bulbous main body raised on splayed foot base. Two fierce standing lions flanked from the collar to the neck, created both handles. The exterior wealthy decorated in cloisonne of night-lotus-blossoms and scrolling tendrils. Numerous gilt ring banded on the rim, shoulder, foot rim, and base followed with bands of auspicious pattern ribbons. All reserved against turquoise blue ground.


Mark on base, incised four script -KaiShu- character, enclosed by a squared border, JingTai Reign Period

Traced numerous tiny-holes of corrosions on enamel filling, No missing wires found on cloisonne works. With normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dents, and trace of declined on gilt. Normal, consider ages and wear. Over all in excellent condition.
