Description
An early map of the county of Huntingdon and based upon Christopher Saxton’s survey. It shows the important features of the county, including market towns, forests, hills and bridges. Decorated with title and scale cartouches. Huntington, or Huntingtonshire, is now part of Cambrigdeshire after a series of county realignments. It is from Camden's 'Britannia'. This offering is accompanied by 6 pages of English text on this county with all material in a folio.

Very good. Trimmed to neat line in bottom. Slight marginal toning and faint damp spot on right. Tape in margins on top. Hand color outline and issued centerfold.
