This item depicted in the images below is a German - Russian SHIELD ROA for Vlasov Russian Liberation Army, 1941 - 1945 These troops either wore German uniforms or a combination of other foreign uniforms. The arm shield was place on the left sleeve of their uniform. This shield is the weave type so called printed shields issued. They were also BeVo style. In Germany a former distinguished Russian General who was captured convinced his German captors that he could obtained enough loyal volunteers to fight against the Stalin regime. His name was Vlasov. Most of them wouldnt consider themselves Russians and wanted their respective countries liberated from Russian rule. Excellent Condition as pictured. This particular item has passed very important test it does not glow under the black lamp all fabrics after 1945 glow under the black light. Combined shipping is available.
