F-007 Imperial Austrian Generaloberst overcoat. Fine pike-gray doeskin material with a light brown velvet collar with two "parolis" (each with a gilt General's button). Red piping on cuffs and around the front pocket flaps. Full length large red lapels with twelve gilt General's "flower petal" buttons (all are marked "BRUDER SCHNEIDER - WIEN"). Original full length red silk lining including the padded chest area. (The combination of the color of the collar and full length red lining indicates service in the K.u.K. Arcieren Garde). Tailor's label "MORITZ TILLER & CO - WIEN K.u.K. Hoflieferant". Inside pocket is named in ink "EUGEN EUZK". Red piped back waist belt with matching gilt General's buttons. Skirt has four gilt buttons. (Euzk, a career officer served in many of the Austro-Hungarian Empire's Campaigns and during the entire length of WWI. He was promoted from Generaloberst to Feldmarshall in 1917. His many awards included the Order of the Golden Fleece and foreign decorations). Excellent condition. Rare. I
