A LIBBEY BRILLIANT CUT CRYSTAL DECANTER, TOLEDO, OHIO, CIRCA 1896-1906, of baluster form, the elongated neck with flute slices and nicked edges centering a band of diamond slices, the body with repeating sixteen point hobstars separated by addorsed triangular fields with strawberry diamonds with a fan above and star below, at the base diamond shape fields of strawberry diamonds and thirty-two point radiating star at the bottom, faceted ball finial, both with etched manufacturer's mark; together with a rectangular sterling silver decanter tag on chain, unengraved, with stamped maker's mark "PG" and model "29", total approximate silver weight: .25 troy ounces. The decanter and finial in overall good condition with no evidence of restoration, cracks, or major chips. Minor chips along the cut edges and wear commensurate with age and use. Interior cloudiness.
