Vintage Baume & Mercier Geneve 18k Gold Watch w/ Diamonds. This is a beautiful vintage ladies watch by Baume & Mercier, established Geneve 1830. The face is marked with diamonds at each hour and the band is lovely. The length is approximately 6-3/4" and the total weight is 31 grams. Please see pictures for how clasp works. There is an extra safety that must be lifted in order to clasp shut. This comes with the gray box and papers shown. It also comes with a Baume and Mercier guarantee card. This has its number and reference number on it. There is some very light wear to the box. case size is ~17mm and the face without the bezel is ~14mm
