Impressionist style painting depicting a bird's eye view of a landscape at dusk set beside a wide river, the fore bank with train tracks and rail yard on bank and many industrial gray buildings to foreground with black peaked roofs and many windows, the opposite bank of river with thin strip of green land below a high horizon line, the blue sky streaked with peach toned clouds.
