Carved Mahogany Cheval Mirror. The beveled mirror has a serpentine top with a filigree and scroll carved crest; the stand has long heavily carved serpentine shaped arms branching from the base, standing on short curved legs and concave stretcher on the front and back. Good overall condition and original finish, loss to the carving at the point of the right arm; a wonderful example with detailed carving throughout. 72 in. high x 32 in. wide x 19 in. deep.
