This is the 1922 private printing, for the American Bankers Association, of the "Book of New York", a large (9.25" x 12.25") softcover collection of over 100 photos and drawings (many in color) of New York buildings, places and people, followed by a list, with photos, of various bankers, and a list of places to see. The only notable flaws are a stain to the outside edges of the front and to back covers, one repaired page tear, and occasional light scuffs to the pages. The cover has no other stains, no notable tears, no fade to the art or lettering. The connection to the inside is secure. There are no stamps or other attachments, no page tears other than the repair mentioned above, no significant creases, no fade or stains to the photos, drawings, or print. The binding is tight, with no loose or missing pages. The accompanying photos are accurate reflections of the book conditions.br>
