For your consideration is the Badge of the 121st Penza Infantry Regiment of General-Field Marshal Count Milyutin. Officially approved on the 19th of April, 1913. Badge is a Kulmsky cross with double-headed eagle. On the vertical rays of the cross there are jubilee dates “1813†and “1913â€. Between the rays of the cross there is St. George’s ribbon. On the eagle’s chest there is shield with coat of arms of Moscow. On the eagle’s wings there are cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II. Reference: V.Kempf.
