Ancient Near East, Holy Land, Iron Age, ca. 1st millennium BCE. A squat wheel-thrown terracotta drinking chalice with a wide footed base, a narrow neck, wide shoulders, a shallow interior cavity, and a slightly flared rim, all in cream-slip on a buff surface. Size: 3.875" H (9.8 cm).
